Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We recommend scheduling by calling (808) 935-6353, but we can accommodate urgent work injuries when possible. New patients can also get started through our online intake form to save time.
How do I transfer my care from another provider?
Call us at (808) 935-6353 and let us know you want to transfer. We coordinate with your previous provider to obtain your records. You do not need your employer's permission or the insurance carrier's approval to switch doctors.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept all Hawaii workers' compensation insurance carriers and OWCP for federal employees. Contact our office at (808) 935-6353 for questions about specific coverage.
