Can I see Dr. Vally without my employer's approval?
Yes. Under Hawaii workers' compensation law, you have the right to choose your own treating physician. Your employer can suggest providers, but you are not required to see any specific doctor.
Do you treat federal workers and OWCP claims?
Yes. We treat federal employees on Kauai including PMRF civilian employees, USPS mail carriers, TSA agents, and other federal personnel.
